bben46 Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 The Steam Client is available as a free download from Steam. http://store.steampowered.com/ Look in the upper right corner for "Install Steam" The client is required for all steam installed games to work. And the game has to be closed to install them - Then yes, To see the mods in game you will need to start it. If you are asking iof you need to start a new game - then no. Most of the mods should pick up from where you are in the game - However some mods do need a new game to work properly. It should tell you in the documentation for that mod if they do. Looked in the steam folders (all of them, manually and search), checked program files, tried searching my computer. All I could find was the fallout game icon.
