Hey,
I have been having issues with Knight Torres's inventory not respawning in my game, so I went into the GECK and changed the container to respawn. However, despite the fact that I had already gained access to the expanded Brotherhood store inventory that includes power armor, the new respawning store inventory includes only the items I was initially given access to; it has reverted to its original state.

I'm looking for help or advice on finding how to make the "level 2" Brotherhood store accessible and respawning. This has also gotten me interested in modifying the store inventories of merchants; can anyone give me advice on how to add items in the GECK? As an aspiring modder, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Anybody willing to help me out with this? I have been looking extensively in the GECK but I cannot for the life of me find Torres's upgraded container, or whatever causes it to upgrade.
