JoeMcBob55
I have had many mods installed for quite some time and have never really had an issue. If there ever was an issue, it was easily fixed by removing that mod and moving on. But I decided to add some followers to my game and noticed this odd glitch. When I go into some buildings, the lighting is bright, brighter than it should be. And it appears to have a haze, like I am in a fog. And if a character has bright colored clothing, that clothing is almost blindingly bright. What makes this even more odd is that the glitch seems to be in my character's home of Silverstead constantly. When I explore other areas, it seems normal, but over time, that haze comes back and things get brighter and hazy. I tried going into a Falmer cave where you expect fog and haze, but the glitch causes the fog to be thicker and the glowing mushrooms to be much brighter than they should be. And I have NO lighting mods installed on my game so I am wondering what is causing this. I tried disabling some follower mods, thinking those might be causing it due to a conflict. But to no avail. JoeMcBob55
Over saturation of color. That is the best way to describe what is happening. The colors become over saturated and are much brighter than they should be, making it almost blinding. This is seen in the first screenshot below with the outside of my home. You can see the colors are amplified to an insane level. And the second screenshot shows the inside, with that haze or fog constantly around and the colors being saturated as well. What I have noticed is that this is seen inside my characters home all of the time, outside the home sometimes as well as inside the city of Whiterun at night. And an occasional cave or ruin. But most of the areas in Skyrim are free from this. I just want to know how to get rid of it. I have taken some mods off, trying to see if they were the cause, but I have not located the cause. I would greatly appreciate any help as I wish to not have to deal with this issue as it an annoyance while playing. I have also noticed that in my two older Skyrim accounts, there is no issue at all. No over saturation of color in game logs that are more than a couple of months old. What does that mean? Why does this issue only appear in game logs that are newer than a couple of months? Even when I start playing the old logs again and make current saves, the issue does not appear at all. That means that something went wrong with my new games. How do I fix it? http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a326/JoeMcBob75893/Personal%20Artwork/57346_zps51fabba5.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a326/JoeMcBob75893/Personal%20Artwork/57347_zps2be58df7.jpg Edited January 29, 2015 by JoeMcBob55
