Everything is in place meshes and textures.

Please help me

It's normal, Most hair mods are Oblivion mods, Converted to work with Fallout 3. But the head meshes are different and is clipping through the hair.

i understand, the thing is one of the mods worked for Fallout 3, i guess something has changed in the character editor, maybe something about head sizes i dont know.
Is there anyway to "fix" one of this hairs that worked in FO3?
thanks for your time

You would have to Edit the meshes to make them not clipping through.

I read something the other day, TK said if you make a bsa for helmets and hair, then some issue with facegen files not being read is solved. ie so it morphs with the head, as it is your facegen files are probably not working..

if anyone did not actually fit the hair to the fallout head when doing a conversion they are an idiot. tbh i don't for a second believe someone actually has done that though, If you actually look at the difference in the 2 heads, it is rather large, to the point i think no hair or helmet would actually be remotely correct without adjustment,
if an oblivion hair was used without repositioning it to fit the f3 head, it would actually appear somewhere abouts the upper middle of the head, and would probably be coming through the eyes, back and top of the head. it would be more than a little wrong.

I Had clipping issues (small) with some hairs in FO3
The reason could be that the head are differents from race to race.

so, then i need to edit the hair meshes?, ow i didnt want to start messing with the .nif files..
i didnt have any clipping problems in FO3, and yeah i saw new vegas heads are slightly larger than fallout 3. dont understan why they did it. i guess theres nothing i can do to avoid cliping other than creating new larger hair meshes.
Thanks for your help guys

really the NV heads are actually larger..? that is odd.

If that is the case, then yes you will need to edit the hair models if they haven't been modified already. And if the head model has changed a bit, you will probably need to remake the facegen files as well.

afaik, to avoid clipping, you will still need to set up bsa archives for hair and helmets to

In NifSkope, you can resize the model (like 2x larger or 2x higher,...) pretty easily, thar hardest would have to find the good values (How much larger is the FNV head).

No, the NV heads are the exact same ones used in F3.

BEArbiter: The same heads are also used from race to race.

Uldarcross: Are the hairstyles changing shape with the head? This may be your problem instead.
