After adding the mod esm into the data folder i try and activate it using the start up launcher. anyway whenever i click the tab to activate it it crashes to the desktop

Haven't figured it out.
Reinstalled, tried running the launcher in compatibility mode. Nada.
Running windows 7.

Same here. In fact I can't even get my Tribal pack to activate,the same thing happens.

Tribal pack didn't need a check next to it. It came up when I started the game. Can't get any mods with an esp functional though. I need decent hair!
I highly doubt it matters but have you guys got the retail? It installed in the steam folder anyway so that's why I don't think it has anything to do with it.
I'm sure someone will make a NV FOMM soon.

Rules that out for sure then. Windows 7 in common but I'm sure lots of people are using that so that's likely not it.

don't doubleclick the espname, click on the little box left of it.
