i can't seem to figure out how to add them to a weapon to fire. i go to the ammo list 40mm grenade and i can't add my ammo to the list. anyway to help? is there a F.O.S.E. for NV? i was trying to make a nuclear, hi Explosive, and buckshot [12 gauge coin shot projectile]. i matched it to the 40mm grenade item list so that shouldn't be the problem. can anyone help?

You have to open the appropriate ammolist, then drag and drop the new ammo into it. Why you can't just right click, I have no idea
