There seem to be lot of armour and sluttty looking outfits, but no nice decent casual clothes for men and women, if I could bump off some noble and pinch their clothes I would

Can anyone please do a mod for some nice civvies in decent colours not harlequin outfits for men and women that don't make them look like rag bag peasants? I've looked in the clothes category but can't find any.

Improved atmosphere has a nice dress but I don't want to run the whole mod just for a dress.

Have you tried nezroy's Universal Dye Kit? It won't make a new outfit but it sure can do wonders for the colors plus there is an "online tint creator" that allows you to set your own color schemes. I don't have a pic of any men's clothing but I did this with a custom tint for the ladies (the men's version looks pretty cool too.)

I've got that, but I want real civvies not game clothes with the colours changed, your picture is wings of velvet and no matter what colour you make it, for me it's still that and I can't find anything for men, all I've got in my inventory is that disgusting thing Sten was wearing when I opened his cage...UGH!!!
There seems to be only two styles for women the peasant look or the Anora clone in various colours, I'd like something nice to wear to go with the CRS mod it's just not right wearing armour.

Wings of Velvet? Not sure what that is. The ladies are wearing a noble dress recolored and boosted with attributes and there are at least 3-4 others not including the one Anora wears with one additional for males only and females only... oh wait, I forgot about the dwarven varieties... The Winter Forge can let you make them all should you want to see what they all look like or you could fire up the toolset.

Wings of Velvet is for mages. Where do I find this male outfit?
I've got nothing for Alistair to wear other than armour. I have got the tool set but I would need to learn it and I've only recently learnt the CS for Oblivion, knowing my luck they are probably soooo different the game would be over before I managed even something basic.

There are several varieties of noble clothes and more than a few ways to get them. There is a mod that lets you steal them (but it leaves the target naked.) The Winter Forge while having a steep learning curve will make them for you along with any other stock item in the game. It also allows you to add atributes, transfer attributes, add rune slots and much more.

I did look at Winter forge once and decided it wasn't worth learning as I'm not interested in upping the stats, to me that's cheating and I prefer to play with what the game gives me in that area and I'm only passing time until the new game comes out, I'm not sure it's worth learning WF especially if it's a steep learning curve, for one set of clothes.
Stealing clothes and leaving people naked,
I don't think I want to do as I would only want noble clothing and I might meet them again when I haven't got the underwear mod active, that would be
naked Bann Teegan I don't think so.
My character can get by with the noble dress from the start of the game, but for other PCs ie. the men there is no clothing that I can find that isn't armour or is not to my likeing, is there a male equivalent of slutty
. You would have thought that BW could have left a few items of clothing in the wardrobes to steal.

You may want to browse this section of the Nexus: http://www.dragonage...ds/cat.php?id=9
If you want slutty make sure you can view the adult files

Thanks that was the first place I looked, it appears most modders are men
there is nothing there for men unless you like men in skirts and slutty I don't want. I've found a couple of mods for women that are OK'ish not quite what I was hoping for but as they say 'beggers can't be choosers' Alistair will just have keep his armour on for now.

There are nine different commoner clothes and five different noble outfits that are usable by either sex, there is also a male only and a female only noble outfit as well. I could make a mod that could call each variety from the console and you could use the UDK or the upgrade wand to color them. As for something original, sorry it's not within my ability. Let me know.
