I'm trying to download a few files off the site but everytime I start the download and i click it just get a file called download.php Ive had these problem with a lot of sites. But never could fix and just gave up. But i can't find anyother site with new vegas mods. I really want to try some of these. Can someone please tell me what im doing wrong. I dont understand..

Which version of Internet explorer? I know IE sometimes has issues with PHP headers.
