so my last post it was brought to my attention i was asking about things i wasn't supposed to be asking about (my apologies, i had no idea), so i will re-ask the non-inappropriate questions



i am trying to figure out how to code animations to work in Fallout: New Vegas (specifically, skeletal animations and character movement), but i have absolutely no idea how. i have never done it before, and would like to learn.

that, and i am still having issues understanding trigger work as well.


if anyone knows where on the internet i might look for instructions on either of these, who i might talk to, and what software i will need to obtain, it would be much appreciated, as i would like to learn how to do more in depth Mod work than i have already been doing. i only ask because i do not have reliable internet, or else i would search myself, but DO have a Modder friend who does, and is willing to help once i know where to look
