Random CTD's

I have been having trouble with Skyrim crashing randomly for quite a while now. I have tried several fixes including the SSME memory patch, adding/removing mods, Cleaning my saves with the save editor, and so far nothing seems to work. Below is my current load order.

Thanks I've tried it, and it seems to be working. Then again it's hard to tell due to the random nature of the crashes. But so far no crashes, so wish me luck lol.
