GECK Crashes When Opening FalloutNV.esm

This is what I do.

I open the geck
Click File>Data
Then I uncheck my preorder DLC then check FalloutNV.esm
Click OK

GECK then crashes.

It worked perfectly earlier but now it’s unusable.

Have you tried reinstalling the GECK and removing all of it's config files?

this happened to me once. just leave it alone for a bit and do something else for a minute or two. then come back.
thats how i did it.
