Nifskope Texturing

Hey, i made a weapon skin for Fiesta online but having trouble with Nifskope. i can get the item into nifskope but it seems ot be missing allot of options on the left hand side compared to other models i open up. "really new to nif" but anyways im trying to get ym texture onto it, ive got the dds file but idk how i import it or anything. Checked other guides etc but i don't have options like they have i.e the blue flower thing
