First off great mod but I found a particularily annoying bug today.
I picked up Professional Courier and while it did increase my carry capacity by 10% it caused some issues with the game that I've been unable to resolve. First off let me say that I am using the Sprint mod and the Primary Needs HUD and this is where I'm getting problems as when I took the perk and my carry weight went up on my Pipboy reading but the Primary Needs HUD began misreading the new weight and still thought that my pre-perk weight was my max weight. So whereas it said that I was at 100% encumberance prior to the perk being taken it still showed me at 100% encumberance after I took the perk and if I had picked up some new items then my encumberance increased to above 100% although I could still move as though not encumbered. Example...say my carry weight was 100lbs/100lbs with 100% encumberance showing in Primary Needs HUD prior to taking the skill. Next I take the skill and my carry weight changes to 100lbs/110lbs except my Primary Needs HUD still shows me at 100%. I pick up another item let's say adding +5 lbs to move me to 105/110. Now the game doesn't read me as being at max weight because I'm not over 110 lbs but Primary Needs now moves me to say 105% encumberance. The problem then moves along to the Sprint feature as sprinting is disabled at 100% encumberance...which is a number I would hit at 100 lbs because for some reason the game doesn't register the new weight limit of 110.
I've tried several different load orders to try to fix the reading but nothing has worked. I also attempted to drop all my items to get to a weight of 0 and then pick them all back up again in an effort to have the system re-count the weight but it still showed the wrong encumberance value.
Any suggestions?

@ sblack2477: I recognized this problem. I had same perk back in fallout 3 version of More Perks and someone reported the exact same issue that you posted. Only way to get around is for you to open More Perks Update.esp in GECK
here, I will write down the procedure, it is fairly easy.
1) Open More Perks Update.esp with GECK or FONVEDIT
2) Once it finishes loading, go to Actor Data -> Perk.
3) Select DreePerkProfessionalCourier and Open
4) Select the middle effect "Get Max Carry Weight" and open.
5) Change the function from "Multiply Value" to "Add Value"
(The main problem is comiong from here, Multiple Value always provides incorrect number because it calculates its final carry weight at the end.)
6) assign the value to something reasonable like 50
7) save and exit.
problem with this approach is that everytime you download updated version, you will have to do this.

My best friend got stuck in the ultra luxe.
he has followed me loyally to this point, and can move around inside the hotel fine, but when I try to leave, he simply doesn't come with me.
I have tried:
-every behavior option
-every door
-dismissing him (he just stands around and doesn't leave
-leaving and using "wait"
-leaving and letting the game sit for a few hours
any ideas?

Hey Dree, wasn't sure where to post this... I'm newer to the forums but a huge fan of the fallout series. I like a lot of your perks, but noticed that the Pip-boy graphics for them are incomplete, and some of the perk graphics are recycled from vanilla perks. Not sure if you have someone who is creating these graphics for you, but I'd be willing to give you a hand with them. I can create new illustrations which would look like the fallout graphics but would be original. I'd be glad to discuss it with you, lemme know if you're interested.

With Friend of Friendless I have a very odd bug. I was in the REPCONN Test Site, in the basement. I wanted to go sneak past all the nightkin and told the little fellow to wait. As I exited out of the conversation, he kept teleporting to me, literally at my feet. So now, whenever I load that area, it is impossible for me to walk because he continues to teleport to me, forcing me to move in a random direction or jump in another direction.

I am also having a problem with Friend of Friendless I think the version is 2.1.6 since thats what the version history file says.
Anyway the deathclaw keeps spawning to me, then shooting way into the sky just like you would see sometimes in fallout 3, after a few seconds he flies to far into the air and spawns back to me, this reapeats for forever.
I removed the perk, killed the DeathClaw, re-added the perk to fix it. unfortunatly Set DreePerkFriendLevelUp to 2 (or any int) doesent work so now I have to restart him... It tells me "Unknown variable 'DreePerkFriendLevelUp'."
It does that for all variables possibly since i tried "Set DreePerkQuest.FoodConsumption to 25" it also doesent work but probably for a diffreant reason.
