Hi folks,

over at New Vegas i choose the Trait "Fast Shot". The result is quiet awesome, especially with Energy Weapons fire. Can you imagine how great that would look in FO3 when using EVE?!?

I could imagine

- To tie firing speed to the number of skill points you have in Energy Weapons and Small Guns (Big guns would make no sense since the speed is limited by the Weapons mechanics)
- a (levelled) Perk doing the same thing
