Having some issues seeing my mods appear in game

Hello there, I've just recently been able to play some of my games again as my old PC caught fire.
Anywho, I got a newish laptop and am running Morrowind with a NoCD. I installed a few mods from here
Using the NMM, and my mods have not yet appeared in game, and I am wondering what could be the
problem.

In order to help with the diagnostic, here's the basic directory of my game -
Computer/Gateway C:/Program Files (x86)/ Bethesda Softworks/Morrowind

Then for the directory of NMM and the mods -
Computer/Gateway C:/Games/Nexus Mod Manager/Morrowind/Mods

And the mods that I have downloaded and installed (with NMM) -
Mels Faces-41589-1-1.7z
MEL Hair Pack Final-41622.7z
Mainframes Backpacks Final-1671.7z
Loincloths and tops-42161-1
Better Bodies-42399-2-2.rar

Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you all so much!

2 possible reasons pop right to mind. The first being that for OS's from Vista up it's no longer advisable to install moddable games to C:/Program files, UAC automatically interferes and can cause very weird issues, so it's advised to install games to a different directory such as C:/Games instead.

Second you're installing MW mods with NMM, most MW mods were never meant to be installed with NMM, their folder structure can be very different so I'd suggest properly reading the readmes and installing mods according to the instructions therein and not with a manager.

A nocd patch? I don't use that but I have heard that some mods and programs don't work well with that

Also NMM has severe problems working with morrowind and is not recommended, use manual installations instead and use a program like MLOX to sort them.

edit: beaten to the punch on NMM
