If an actor is raised by wearing high heel, his/her skeleton should be changed/adjusted. Check Real High Heels. Of course, it requires OBSE to work.

Yes - real high heels work - but they only have three versions of heels available and they don't look anything like the stripper shoes I'm requesting...

Not ready for release yet - but it works!
Now I need a Blender artist to fix a few issues with the seam where the ankle meets the calf (Roberts feet vs Hirdamanapulus) and some shoe tweaks...
