I just did a fresh install of Oblivion, and I just finished installing Fcom, but when ever I enter or leave and area, it crashes. For example I left anvil, and just when the loading bar finished I got a CTD. I have Windows 8.1 64-bit with a non-steam Oblivion GOTY version. See link below for my load order.
