3rd person camera doesnt react to walls

My third person carmera has no collision. It will just pass through walls and the floor like they don't exist without any effort. its as if the walls aren't solid anymore to my camera. its almost like i have tfc turned on but the camera is still fixed to my character.

yes i do have skse,fnis,tes5edit,boss,and loot. no i have not changed my ini files at all. yes i use nexus mod manager.

Have you used any ini tweaks to help reduce Z - Fighting? If so, check your "fneardistance" value and change it back to 15 if it is higher. This should help or fix your problem.

please can anyone help? i have uninstalled and reinstalled skyrim for days now trying to figure out which mod is doing this.

It's Balloon with Havok that's causing your issue. I was having the exact same problem, and I recently installed that one to try it out. I just removed it, and it's now behaving properly.
