LE Jester outfit [Darkest Dungeon]

Hi, I'd really love for skyrim to have the jester's outfit from Darkest Dungeon, the one in the game right now looks okay but I'd love an outfit that looks a bit darker and more sinister.

This is how the Darkest Dungeon jester looks:

I love this outfit and think it's really cool, especially the headpiece/mask.
It should probably have enchants similar to Cicero's outfit or something that helps with combat oriented sneaking or maybe illusion although the jester in DD relies on bleeds and physical damage.
