thelawfull
my skyrim and other games are only using 256 mb of vram yet my dxdiag says it has 1gb approx. total memory, It might not be set properly in the bios is what im thinking, Its set to pci-e and 256 dedicated vram, Is there anyway to check the total vram you have running when you startup your computer?, my graphics card is nvidia gforce 6150se nforce

notmyhome
"1 processor" isn't sufficient info. You could be playing on a g3258 anniversary edition which as I recently found out can be overclocked into something that puts an i3 to shame - in single-thread applications like Skyrim, that is.
