I'm getting a few error messages that look like:

"Could not find part of the path 'C:\Users\Spectro\Desktop\DA Mod Manager\mods\dazip'.

It displays two of the errors and two similar errors saying that it could not find '\override', either.

Any ideas how to fix this issue?

Also, is DAModder better than this program?

Since we don't know what the "correct" path to your DAMM dazip folder is, we can't tell what the problem might be.

Does the full path listed in the error message actually exist?

Is that the right path for finding the ".dazips" that you expect DAMM to manage?

Is the similar "...\DA Mod Manager\mods\override" folder the place you put the special ".override" files that DAMM can handle?

I use DAMM exclusively. DAModder (DAM) can't handle ".overrides", but does recognize ".zips" (and treats them like ".dazips") Better? Depends on what mods you use most. (I prefer DAMM, since I can easily change filename extensions on my own if I need to. )

Only if you put them there. DAMM needs them there to do anything at all with them. (Mods, not the DLC. It knows where to find that!) None of the programs that can integrate certain specific kinds of mods (".dazips" for all, ".overrides" for DAMM) into Dragon Age do anything until you, the user, find and/or place the files in the right locations.

Remember that MOST DA mods (by total number available) are not "managed" by any of them. Most are simply placed in the "[user's documents]\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\core\override" folder.

And always read the mod author's "Description" notes or Readme file for specific instructions.

I've just been dragging the .dazip files into the mod manager window and they are installing. I wasn't aware I had to put them into the dazip folder first.

(BTW: You ARE putting them in that folder. That's what "dragging-n-dropping" them is doing! )
