Hi, i try to make misc quest for upgrade my reputation..

I have to found a lost laser pistol for a recrut in hiden valley... CAN'T FIND IT!!!!!! he said he lost it near scorpion, a death corpse and a big rock???


Someone find it???

Need a little help if you can..

there is a map marker called scorpion gulch, right in the center of the hole where lots of scorpions are the laser pistol is on top of a big rock. hoped this helped

Its in scorp gulch, this was the hardest quest in the game imo, the instructions sucked.

It wasn't hard at all.

The instructions said to go Southeast. There is the Gulch. Then just let your companions kill all the scorpions. Walk to the rock and pickup the Laser Gun.

Actually, it was pretty hard considering a lot of folks tend to breeze through dialogue, since you don't get much dialogue after the initial confrontation. It was more irritating than hard not knowing it was the gulch since there are so many scorpions around and several corpses in the area.

Agreed, this quest was the hardest by far. Not because of difficult enemies, or lots of radiation, but because it's so vague in the description of where you can find it. I thought the little canyon-type area near Hidden Valley, with the Powder Gangers nearby, was the "gulch" at first, and spent a good hour looking around in there. It was southeast of the bunker, had scorpions in it, but no pistol. Then I stumbled into Scorpion Gulch on accident, and spent about ten minutes running around in there before I found the pistol sitting on a rock, near some dead guy. Gotta love scavenger-hunt quests.

Its on a rock in the middle circular area of scorpian gulch. If it is not there then it probably fell through the rock or landscape which can happen to certian weapons.
