I am having an issue, the blades at cloud ruler attack me, even after I remove the mod. How can I stop this?

I have a problem, if I want to use my newly found acolytes and templars (New dawn templars) to go wreck havok, when I go to attack a guard and they attack me, the new dawn troops just follow me like there in their own little world, is this a bug, or anything?

Okay so I got into paradise and the chick in the throne was cool then there was nothing else to do but the quest marker is telling me to go to her. I guess it is the end? But anyway great mod dude nice job.
