Great mod! One prob :
my firstmate died, and I didnt resurrect her, she can't be "rehired" like the pirates, and i can't fina any other of the first mates.. anyone know their names and/or where to find them?

I am a level 10 pirate, but don't get a hideout. WAT DO I NEED TO DO!!!!

Kasake, you can either hire the Dremora standing on the second floor of the Bilge Monkey, or find a certain feline friend selling skooma in the brothel. Dealing with said skooma-seller will result in a mini-quest that will eventually lead to you getting a first mate, if you complete it.

BunnyBravo, try jumping out of your ship and "activating" it near the ladder or the rudder. It should ask you where you want to go. Select "hideout."

Your firstmate will talk to you about the hideout, when u will have a pirate rating of 10 or 11, just keep looting, and when the time will come, your firstmate will tell u something else than looting

I have gotten my hideout and fixed some stuff with it.. i found a chef. but he is still walking around Blackhorn.

And i can't find shipwright or a blacksmith.. anyone who can give me a hint?

This is A BADASS Mod, it rocks. finally someone with a good pirate idea.
