You're supposed to talk to one of the captains in the first town, the creator put a little walkthrough in the readme that came with the mod if you ever get stuck.

How many pirates can you recruit to your fleet? I have a pirate rating of 60 and a level of 31 and I only have 1.

I've tried everything. When I start the game, I expect to see pirates in uniforms.. not regular cloths. I wish I knew how to fix this problem.

What I basically need help with is, when I had the regular Pirate Isles, the people were already in uniform. But now when I get this version.. they're not.

How do I fix this problem? Please help..
