Gamebreaking NVB II glitch

I was enjoying playing the mod New Vegas bounties 2 until recently every time i enter Boulder City Jail every object and npc(excluding the walls) spawns in one place in the middle of the room meaning everytime i enter I get stuck in this frankenstein monster of people and objects and slows the game down to like 5fps and stops the player from moving. This bug basically makes New Vegas Bounties unplayable and i hope SOMEONE can suggest a solution. Here's my mod list if it helps

It's a Nevada Skies issue, I think. Had the same thing happen to me with Randall's office in NVBI, had to disable Nevada Skies and go back to a (slightly) earlier save to fix it. Was able to reactivate NS later on without any issue, too.

 

Also, you only need one of the Nevada Skies .esps ticked off - either the Ultimate Edition or the Basic flavor. Using both just wastes a slot.

Thank you its a shame i cant play with nevada skies but NVB 2 is worth it
