RaceCompatibility.esm Causing Immediate CTD

Hello everyone. So after getting Skyrim uninstalled and all set up again after having a massive file corruption, I began re-installing mods. After a certain pointing of entering and exiting the game to make sure all was functioning and then going to download some more mods, I began getting instant CTD, and found 2 sources, 3DNPC.esm (formally known as Interesting NPCs, so of course I just scrapped the thing since I can go without it) and the popular RaceCompatibility.esm, which is the focus of my problem. I had said .esm in my game before starting over, and although I'm not able to remember in which way it was installed and from what modder, it worked at the time. Now that I've reinstalled it in hopes to begin playing as a custom race, zazimel's Drow race again, my game kept crashing, and after turning mods on and off I was able to link RaceComnpatibility as the main file causing my game to CTD. I've installed it manually and via Mod Organizer (my preferred and only mod manager) but to no avail. I have downloaded the esm from it's original modder here and the improved version here with the USKP option on and off, but both CTD. I've loaded it before and after the DLC and unofficial patches, but it made no difference. I've ran TES5Edit.exe, but there was no alert that something was wrong with the load order.

Here is my load order:

Ignore 3DNPC, it's deactivated on the unseen right side of the program, and the Drow and Obscuuri are deactivated because trying to run those without RaceCompatibility.esm is obviously not possible. Skyrim.esm and Update.esm are not depicted simply because they're top of the list as master files.

Is there any way to fix this? Any help is appreciated. If any screenshots of folders are needed to be seen in order to help, I will certainly provide what is needed.

Thank you for your time!
