i didn't understand what items you need.(i now it's stupid)

@ FrozenArrow, read the list the Widow gives you. It lists two bloodgrass, one Daedra heart, and a trapped Daedra soul. If you don't know what bloodgrass, or daedra hearts are, you must not have played the game verey long.

For the Trapped Daedra soul, you need to cast the Daedra soul trap spell on a Daedra, then kill it before the 30 seconds have passed. Then you will see, in your inventory, that you have a Filled Deadra Soulgem. If you don't know what a Daedra is, look for scamps, atronach, clannfear, daedroth, spider daedra, or xivilai.

Once you have completed the above, go back and talk to the Widow.

I'm having problems trying to capture a Daedra Soul. I have no other soul gems in my inventory only the Daedra Soul Gem. I've trapped Spider Daedra, Atronachs, Xivilai, Dremora, Clannfears and Scamps and not one will go into the soul gem It keeps saying there is no gem in my inventory large enough for the soul.
Any idea what the problem could be?
Also, do I need to do this quest right away, or can I come back later? Does it need to be done within the three (or four) game days?

You have to use the Daedric Soul Trap spell the widow gives you. The Daedric Soulgem is only filled using that spell.

Yeah, oops, I just found that out. I was using an ordinary soul trap spell *duh*
