MisfitKR Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 Backstory-Long time ago, Col Royez was awarded his Sierra power armor thanks to his successful cleansing of ghoul lair outskirts of dayglow. During operation he captured a certain glowing one who retained very slight demure characteristic, gave it intense re-soc training for experimental.It was quite "successful" since he developed quite level of intelligent for a feral so he became specialist courier of NCR and visited many renowned places such as Vault City, Circle Junction, New Reno....and Divide. There it and Ulysses met too. However, Benny's capture and shot of this industrious "trained" glowing one courier caused catastrophic result....due to bullet and Doc's fix of such Unique Glowing One, its re-soc effects have now completely disappered. Now it became feral and conscious once more, it looks for another prey in its way to new vegas... Features-It can make REPCONN test site as its permanent base, and Jason bright is its permanent follower.Every human NPC is hostile to it but feral ghouls will follow it because now it emits strange aura caused by Benny's gunshot.Its INT is capped at 1 and associated skills are capped at 1 too. It can wear power armors without training.It always suffers from +50% spread when using ranged weapons but it moves 20% faster and starts with free cannibal perk....
