During the quest "We Will All Go Together", I killed and looted all the ghouls in town and got the tag from the non-feral ghoul. When I reported back to Astor I still didn't have all the tags. The only 2 remaining quest markers point to Astor and to an empty alley in Searchlight. Even searching above and below the alley using TCL I found no ghoul or tag. I found similar reports on a Bethesda forum. Has anyone found a solution to the missing final tag and the marker that points to nothing?

I had this issue when I first did the quest,I had to resurrect a few ghouls to get the last few tags.I kinda wish that the quest had each ghoul marked so you can find them

This happened to me to for I didn't know about the non-feral inside the house and the falloutwiki helped me greatly. But yeah if you got his and are still missing some then just explore searchlight outside until you find all nine bodies. It took me a while to find them but if you resurrect them it goes much faster.
