I get a CTD every time I try to save now. I have the supply area, the armory, the barracks, and the fort. I have 20 or so guards.

@Nargotah - Only with quicksaves or all types of saves?

Quicksave and normal save. However, going into the base house itself seems to fix the issue.

i tried the 1.3.1 ??
beta and its messed up the first time i tried loading my save
(made that save previous to the beta update)
it ctd on me second time it worked
but when i fast traveled to smittys armory (mod) in vegas
it ctd on me again
so i tried loading an autosave i have no idea where that came from by the way it should autosave after fastravel right ?
but i tried loading that three times all ctd
i have two lookout towers i think four or five guard towers
all essentials one turret a shitload of guards (mostly snipers) i made myself walkways everywhere
i also have the truck and armory and solar generator
i have pretty much anything i also equipped most of my guards with various forms of combat armor
and i have four a.r. guards two with combat armor and two with power armor all four are carrying light machine guns
and some of my snipers have anti materiel rifle with hand load rounds or something ive got two junk gates and obviously a wall around my camp (junk wall)
wich is only one junk wall high (easier sniping those attackers cant pass them anyway) also when i repositioned my guards they dropped dead o i almost forgot i also have patrol guards i dunno how many i cant count them every time i get attacked im too lazy
p.s. my game did not crash when i did an autosave

100% CTD if I try to load any saved game that was saved in the world cell containing my fort. HQ functions as a workaround.
EDIT: Fort HQ now CTDs upon entering, can't tell if its because of objects in containers. Will try to remove all items from inside, but crashes are nearly constant. No more than 30 seconds inside the HQ causes CTD when loading from save already inside.
EDIT: Possible cause found. Disabled RTS, which had been working fine with this mod previously, and retrieved all items. Re-enabled RTS inside HQ. When RTS "searched for NVSE", game CTDs. Will try to isolate incidents and report soon.
Side note: WD plans placed in containers through the Geck (*not those already placed by Elder*) cause massive drops in framerate. Confirmed that the plans in the container cause the framerate slowdown.

Having about a 50% rate of CTD when placing Stationary AR Guards. I'm using 1.3.1 and I've tried clean saving and still have the problem.
My Fort:
Essentials (Everything from tutorial).
Armory
Scavenger Truck
1 Guard Tower
1 Defense Turret
6 Guards (AR Stationary)
1 Guard (Sniper)
1 Guard Patrol
1 Scavenger
Will edit/post with crash info when it happens again. Thanks for your hard work!

That's what Windows 7 spat at me this time around. Not sure if it helps in any way.

I have CTDs most of the time when I try to load or save. It happens usually when I'm trying to fend off a raid. I think that's a common issue. I'll try destroying all my Junk Walls and set up my walls using Metal Pallets and playing in 800x600 resolution.
Advice: Avoid saving and loading while in a raid.
-------------EDIT----------------
There are LOTS of CTDs and corrupt-like saves if you are using Junk Walls. Stick with Metal Pallets and you will be fine. It's probably a performance issue but I don't know. Also NPCs tend to get stuck a lot in anything other than Junk Walls. It's kinda funny to watch people trying to walk inside a metal pallet but it's not funny when raiders start "teleporting" inside your base when they get stuck.
-------------EDIT2-------------
One last thing. When I CTD and try to load again it keeps crashing but when I try to load a game which DOESN'T have any JUNK WALLS I don't CTD and can load my other Fort which has got lots of (by lots of I mean one line of Junk Wall but even that seems like lots of to me) JUNK WALLs and it doesn't crash.
No Junk Walls, No Crashes. Any world cell includes a Junk Wall is considered risky to save/load for me.
Advice: Avoid saving and loading while in a raid.

I CTD when ever I try to open a trade menu with a merchant who has any of the plans. Only things I have built at my fort is the basic starter buildings and 3 guards patrolling.
