1. Go to Arefu.
2. Go to where the caravan is and go right. There you find krystal as fainted and beside a crashed Arwing.
3. Go over to her and give her a stimpak, and then she will wake up, and BINGO XD you can get her as partner.

This is how you find her...
1. Go to Arefu.

also make sure you have at least 30 medicine. otherwise you cant use a stimpack on her.
