But I'll try to help. First, You don't say which game you are playing. This mod is only for downgrading EU; not EW (nor LW). According to Google Translate, you have a (Zdroj:) VBScript "Runtime Error" due to a (Chyba:) "File Not Found" condition. I am assuming you have the XCom EU game installed under the same "F:\Hry\Steam\steamapps\common" folder. Second, we need to identify which file it is not finding. When the script aborted, it should have created a "LogFile.txt" file in the "XComDown" folder. Please post the contents of that log here. Place it in "spoiler" tags: "[ spoiler ] text [ /spoiler ]", but without any spaces inside the [brackets]. Third, which version of Windows are you running? Note there are three versions of the downgrade mod. Which did you download?
