ok, i looked on google
even with google translate, couldn't understand a damn thing from the site
so i'll see what the file has, and i'll try to help you along here, if i can figure it out for myself

Right hanks! you probably found the japanese site... thats where the second mod i said was... im starting to think the first one i found would work better because it only lacks the .esp file
that one is in google also, it says in the mod detectives that its found by putting in SKS rens medifire

i have downloaded a file from Mediafire
it is about 47mb, so if you have this, then we have the same file

now, i'm going to test this for myself, and if this works, i'll write you how to do this yourself :)

i'm back, after successfully adding one of the hairs, so i'll write here how to do this, step by step, as simply as possible (not saying that you can't understand, just trying to make this as simple as i can)

so first of all, you need to unpack the file you have downloaded
in my archive, there were several hair archives, each had a meshes and textures folder
now, if you are going to put it all in the same place, i would suggest making sub-folders for each hair, to make this as simple as you can
so hair one should have:
meshes -> Hair Style -> SKS01 and in this folder, you should have the nif and egm file (this is just my recommendation of a path, you can choose whatever you want, as long as the meshes are in the meshes folder, and the textures are in the textures folder)
and make a similar path for the textures

now, after you have extracted all the hair styles you want to use, it's time to use the CS

first of all, open the CS
in the top of it, click File -> Data
click on the main Oblivion.esm
i will assume that you are not going to use this on a custom race, so for now, this will work on the vanilla races (and you can later do the same for custom races, by also loading the race's esp file, and doing the same changes)
click OK, and make sure that no file is set as Active

now, at the top, click Character -> Hair
in the window you see, right click, and choose New, then give the hair the ID you want
for this tutorial (if you can call it a tutorial) i will use the SKS01 hair
so the ID i'll give it is SKS01Hair
then find this hair in the list, and give it the name SKS01
make sure that Playable and Can Be Female are tagged, while the other two aren't (unless you also want male characters to use this hair)
then click Add Nif, and in the window, go to the path you have set
for now, it will be meshes -> Hair Style -> SKS01
and choose the nif file (it should be the only file you can see)
then click on the Add Image File, go to the path you have created, and choose the normal file (like SKS REN'S 01.dds) make sure that you do not choose a file with an extension (like _hh, _hl or _n)
after that, click OK, and your new hair is done

then you will need to add the hair to the race you want
on the top menu, click Character -> Race
in this window, click on the race you want, and go to the Body Data tab
in the Hair Styles window, just drag and drop your new hair (you will need to have the hair menu open as well)
then, the race you chose now can use the new hair you have made

save this as whatever you want, and you are basically done
do this for all the hairs that you want, and add them to all the races that you want

now, if you want to add the hair to a custom race, you will need to also load the races' plugin, and then add the hair to this race, using the same method
but i would suggest that you first make a plugin that creates all the hairs, and then a plugin that adds them to the races (this could help, but it's up to you to decide)

hope this is simple enough to follow, and will solve this for you
and thanks for this, i finally get to enjoy this hair mod that i always liked

yeah, but it's a process (and a rather long one)
i just finished setting up my wanted paths (which was a giant pain in the rear) and have finished making the hairs in the CS
time to add them to the races...... :wallbash:

well, after a long fight with the CS, i was finally able to actually add these hairs to a custom race i made
believe me when i say this wasn't easy (for some reason, the CS just didn't want me to keep the master files i set for the plugin i made, so i had to re-do all the work several times, until i figured out what i had to do to make this work)
but even though the fight was bloody hard for me, i am glad i was able to do this, and get this to work properly

so now that this is done, and i know this works, i can help you, if you have any problems along the way
just leave a message here, and i'll see it, and do my best to assist

good luck
and try to keep the work as simple as you can
you don't want to end up doing the mistake i made for the past hour or so.......

Or you can build an OMOD out of this for us so we can stay lazy :P

well, i can easily make the OMOD, but i can't release it
since the hairs are all ripped from Sims (at least as far as i know), they can't be posted here (this is why they weren't)
i'm not even sure if i can release my esp file, with instructions on how to build the folders paths and all

so no, sorry A_Muller, i can't do this (and i'm not intending to get banned for no reason)
but i think that my step by step guide should be enough for you to do this, and it shouldn't take too long (for me it took a long time, but it was because of the race i modified, not because of the hairs)

Instructions would be okay as long as you don't release the resource........ Well, MBP++ at Narulivion has hair records for SKS hairs(resources are not included), IIRC. And my BP cosmetic library also has hair records for SKS hairs(copied from MBP++, in fact), but they are disabled by default(to avoid missing hair mesh/texture issue if there're no available resources).

i am glad to see that my little guide was useful to you, and that you managed to get this to work

just be careful with custom races
i don't know if the problem is only on my CS, but it just couldn't add the correct masters to the file i made, and every time i changed the file, it lost it's masters
so if you are making the changes on the original races' plugin, make sure to back up that plugin

good luck :)
