CTD Around Silent Hills Camp

I have been getting a CTD around Silent Hills Camp. I use the Mod Organizer and it says I have no problems. I have been using these mods for a while and it is a new crash, I have also been to this location before. Currently using 1.7.1 SKSE with mods/addons listed: ( Not In Order in Some Places )
