i have a bunch of mods installed some that add items to my inventory they all work fine other than at some points mostly random encounters i find that my game glitches and then almost all my items in my inventory are gone was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or its just me

ok think i figured it out it was a problem with the extra dog slot whistle not on my action bar???? kinda weird
