Noortje
You need a good ENB... Search for the ones with a lot of endorsements that were recently uploaded. Edited May 4, 2015 by Noortje

BlackShruikan
Noortje has said a good ENB and I advice if not was obvious ClimatesOfTamriel and Skyrim Flora Overhaul

vram1974
Skyrim Flora Overhaul will hit your fps pretty hard unless, as you said, you have a nice card. I would recommend RealVision ENB. The change will be like night and day. You'll take a small fps hit but your world will look beautiful.
Souchirou
Making Skyrim look good is a lot of work. For me a fresh install of Skyrim equals several hours of installing mods, cleaning mods, troubleshooting mods. When I first started with modding Skyrim for improved graphics I found the instructions from the RealVision ENB mod to be really useful. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30936/? Not only do they cover the installation of ENB it also lists a lot of good graphic mods to compliment it.Just make sure you read the entire thing, if you don't things won't work well. ENB is a resource hog though and you don't really need it you can get some amazing results without it. This is currently how my game looks without using the ENB graphical enhancements: http://s28.postimg.org/89kt8o0zf/enb_2015_05_03_17_19_19_94.png But this is a combination of over 100 mods. Looks great and still runs at 60 fps+ (running a i5 3570k, 8gb ram and a GTX 670 4GB at 2560 x 1080). With ENB it does look better but not by much but it tanks my fps to < 30 fps which is not playable. Edited May 6, 2015 by Souchirou
saurusmaximus
The short answer is, the most expensive video card you can find, possibly two. After that, a crap-ton of texture mods and a high-end ENB; The author of those screenies listed all the mods he's used at the bottom of the post. One thing to keep in mind with screenshots is, even if you get your game looking that good ( and goddamn, those Khajiit looked amazing) it may not necessarily be playable.
