The outfit is called "High Priestess", it is not available anymore on Nexus.

You will have to add eye colors and hair styles to race via CS most likely, or use Wrye Bash to make all hair and eyes playable (Cosmetic Compillation does this as well)


My only complaint is that the picture given for description is chopped and makes it hard for me to read. Yes, I can up my resolution, but that is absurd. Please include a text version of that as well please.

Oh yeah, is this HGEC or roberts'? It looks like it doesn't use stock vanilla bodies.

Save and reload should fix it, at least that fixed it when I had the same thing happening a long time ago. This issue is not related to this mod, it can happen with any race.

It can be used with both HGEC or robert's female body.
