This sounds amazing, perfect, and just what the CS needs. Thanks for making this!
Edit: Just where is the .ini I'm to delete and regenerate? I've gotten OBSE running in the CS, but there are no signs of the plugin being loaded.

I'm a little confused... what new features does this mod add to the CS?

Download it and read the readme. It will explain what is added.
**Now I'm considering to install OBSE 0020 beta........

A masterpiece : pure and simple. Finally editing and saving esms, what a big relief... and a boost of motivation to get to modding.

Well actually, I think the plugin will crash the CS(at least for me) in case it has to parse more than 2048(not sure of the exact number but I assume (since it must be a large array somewhere in the background) it's a power of two) commands for obse, well I'm not sure if it's the number of functions or something else but there is some overflow error there.
Btw awesome plugin I hope you'll carry on the great work
