Well, this is pissing me off every time I get to the end of the game. Even if I killed Logahin, he will be in my party (in the same spot as Alistair) and when it gets to the gate where your companions talk to you, he is 'invisible', yet he talks to me whereas Alistair doesn't
Am I the only person who gets this glitch? It happens to me on every play through.

Yes, you are the only person in the world to whom this happens (So feel special! )
I have over 3 GB of mods, over a dozen full playthroughs, and many times that of partial games and reloads, and have NEVER had a "non-existent" Companion show up, verbally or otherwise.

The closest I've come is when I've "resurrected" Loghain during the Final Battle so that I can refuse the DR and still have both Alistair and I survive.

What mods do you have installed that might be affecting the "charstage", or ",dlg" files?

Ermm..... I honestly have no idea what else. Most other Mods I have installed are Armour/Hair and Eyes/Wepons.

I have that last one as well. And you're right that item and appearance mods shouldn't have anything to do with this. So I'd remove the other two and see if the problem still exists. If so, we can dig deeper. If not, at least you'll know what caused it.

Nope. Still have ghost loghain =/

If I remember correctly, on my very first play through of Dragon Age (when I didn't even know the existance of DA mods) I had this glitch (it was on a different PC).

I think this glitch just wants to piss me off -_-

Well...never had Loghain turn up unannounced...

But on my last playthrough at endgame (after defeating the AD), the cutscene showed Anora being coronated (even though I was romancing Alastair and had made him king with myself as queen), then an invisible Anora gave the endgame speech, with Alastair standing right next to her... The voice-speech was Anora as queen, but the text-dialog around it was Alastair as king.

Was very strange...
