I recently downloaded the dlc merchandise mod and it seems to have reset all of my dlc quests. I still have shale, but I lost soldiers peak and all of my items and abilities. Does anyone know how to fix this. I can do the quest again, but i don't want to have to and lose all of my gear in that chest.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, I've looked and haven't seen any other topics on this issue.
