Weird armor and weapon values (SkyRe, ReProccer, CCOR, WAFR, IA7, AmidianBorn, UU)

Hello, it seems that some armor and weapons values (or all of them, I don't know how they must be) are too weak or too OP, depending on the armor/weapon kit (ex. a Nordic Helmet -that looks pretty OP- has only 47 armor, and a "vainilla" steel helmet has 91 armor, Molag Bal mace has 51 damage and an Elven mace has 61 damag, etc.). I've installed every patch I know (Bash patch, ReProccer, Xathra's patches, qotsafan's patches...) and the problem persists. Please help. Will deliver every info needed. Load order:

Just pointing out that that's also a vanilla headgear.

 

Anyways, you can edit the power of material types and keywords in the stats.xml file. Then rerun the patcher and voila. Search for nord material.

EDIT: Wow... I'm rather confused... I have no idea about how to edit these. Also, there is a lot of lines, so it will ment a LOT to edit, right? I'm gonna need some help.
