I am a new member but not exactly. I don't really fit in the normal classification of new however I did finally gather up and decide to become a premimum member. Yea after years and years of being a member (Since 2008) I am finally a premimum member and posting a "newbie" entry.. lol. I guess better late than never... ;).

Secondly, you really want the Fallout 3 Forums.
