Parts of buildings are invisible

So after following the tips in this artcle I've noticed parts of some buildings are missing. It seems to relate specifically to those buildings modified by Expanded Towns and Cities. Its pretty annoying as some of the missing parts are fairly large. I've provided some screenshots below, followed by my load order (extracted from Mod Organizer).

Though playable, this is a really annoying issue, and any help would be appreciated.
