She has a mod called "Alana companion" that lets you have her as a follower. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21467/? For the hair, google "ZZshop CCC hairs", scroll down to "3-CCC Hairs" and check the hairchart under the spoiler tags. I believe the name of the hair is "Peggy Gift".
