Mmmm... I definately agree on the fact that better combat animations would be a vast improvement. Yes it is a roleplaying game, but combat plays a MAJOR role in it. Visible combination moves would also be a plus.

Another thing is better magical effects for the weapons in the game. The shiny shrinkrap effect irritates me because it Hides the detail of the armor and makes an awesome item look rather cheap.

I dunno. Maybe someone has done a plugin on it but I havent seen it yet...

Not that I'm dropping hints or anything :whistling:

yeah...i agree that the weapon magical effect suck hard. Eg, they should make a fire damage sword with flame effect on it.

They should make some classic creatures like goblins, animals (bear, wovles). i really hate those bug like foes.

difference music in difference place.... Eg. Inn, dungeons and towns should have it own music.

Bethesda also put too much effort on landscape and forgot about the character models and animations....

There are enough goblins in Tribunal to satisfy the goblin basher in anyone. The same can be said for bears and wolves in Bloodmoon.

How about House/Faction Wars? They're always asking to get people to guard them from rival houses etc. How come they never attack? It could be a LARGE battle, except it would be hard to do if there are 'loading exterior's on doors... Which brings me to another thing, having battles that are like ten on ten!

Also I never understood this (there is probably a mod on it...) but it takes lots of arrows to kill something. I mean in real life it would take like 1 arrow to kill a stinking kwama forager... Nevermind Kwama foragers but people for gods sake!

But I guess we all understand there are a lot of aspects of Morrowind that are 'unrealistic', shall we say... B)

Well I'm not sure that is true. I usually kill cliff racers with one even on difficulty 100 although my Marksman skill is only 56. My combination of Auriel's bow and Daedric arrows helps. And I'm not sure that it is realistic to kill with one arrow. It must depend where it hits. St Sebastien was skewered by a whole quiver of arrows before he snuffed it. Perhaps the kwama forager has a hide like an elephant, maybe it can only die if you hit a particular organ?

I'll dissect one in the lab next time I find a good specimen. (Maybe one of you on the forum already has? If Theta's kids has got hold of one, she probably knows.)

But there are lots of strange things about Morrowind as you say.

BTW are you suggesting that you wish beasties were easier to kill? Most gamers enjoy the harder battles more than the easy ones. For my own part I would prefer fewer but tougher creatures.

I'd love to get a possibility to sort and edit the journal topics. Moving finished tasks to a different folder, sort entries under various aspects etc.

Oh, and I would like to put my books vertically into the bookshelfs - my library wouldn't look like a mess!

Putting dragons within the game sounds pretty enticing. They should be absolutely tough characters though. In fighting as well as in conversation. Like a bonus for real high-level characters. I'm at 42 now and slowly running out of real opponents!
B)

How about some challenging riddles? Where you have to choose from maybe 10 interesting possibilities? Yesterday I had some within an Imperial task.
The given answers were "don't know", then something really stupid and the solution. I didn't even read the questions!

personnally i think that hey should put in steed and ---- like that coz then you cud hav amazin battles with other mounted characters. this way lower level charcters wid gud riding skill could really hammer high level characters. but you would have to pay for the horse first.

or they could put in horse and carts coz that way u cud carry lots mor items without havin to sell them when you get full weight.

whadya fink?

:stupid:

Malchik: No, Im not saying I dont like Beasties, *cough* cliffracers *cough* but it shoud be more realistic. I mean come on a stupid little rat is gonna almost kill me at level 13! (not almost but it does some serious damage for a rat!)
Your lucky, you kill things in one shot, that is of course with your daedric longbow.... ;)
Dang I wish I had one...

the openess and freedom of the game more than make up for the graphics

my improvent list

1. more weapons
2. better music
3.more types of armor
4.more classes/more races

I think that if these improvment/aditions were added this would be the all time greatest games

The idea of dragons sound a little off to me it seems a like a little to much 4 me

I think dragons would be awesome, only if there were a few guarding hoards of riches, that were insanely hard to beat.

I wonder is there a plugin out there that does that? (lol, I can imagine someone expanding a cliffracer to extreme size, and calling it a dragon... )
