Slow motion on all enemy power attacks :(

I have this problem:

When any opponent uses a power attack on my character, the games enters slow motion despite the attack can be easily avoided (due to slow motion >.>).

 

After the power attack the game returns to original speed but any other power attack from enemies (even bears etc) will repeat the problem.

 

I don't have any killmove mod installed, nor anything changing game speed.

 

(i only use pretty fighting animation but i don t think they are involved)

 

 

Any way to fix it?

It sounds like the Quick Reflexes perk from the mod SPERG:

 

Quick Reflexes - Time slows down if you are blocking during an enemy's power attack.

 

Or it could be another SPERG perk:

 

Assassin's Reflexes - Grants the Assassin's Reflexes lesser power, which slows time in exchange for stamina.

 

If you're running SPERG then refund this perk point to remove this annoyance.

I play as a mage with dual cast...

I have only "better magic"* that changes combat. and only perks i have are in magic, speech, enchanting and few in 1 hand sword
