Missing waterfalls/splash effects

Well it's as simple as that, no waterfalls. Neither with or without mods installed it's just an horrid blank riverbed where the waterfall is supposed to be.

I Don't think it's got something to do with my computer since it's been running fine even with all my mods for nearly a year.

 

Skyrim version 1.1
Got all the DLC
NMM, 0.54.10

It doesn't really show up as a problem in either loot, tes5edit or boss.

I'm a bit new and completely forgot the loot log. Well I think this is the right log.

Anyway this seems to be one of the rarest bugs around since I've found like 2 other people with it and none of their bugs had the same fixes as mine.

 

Seems like my log isn't really the right kind, don't know how to fix it though since either loot updated recently with an entirely new layout or the guide wasn't really spot on.

So, honking my own horn here again. I fixed it out of pure chance.

 

Now I don't know how I did it, but here's a short detailing of what I've recently tried:

Tried the Pcb command with all my enviroment mods gone(Nope).

Started vanilla skyrim without any mods (Didn't work)

Removed game AA ( Didn't like it, also already got an ENB)

Uninstalled Enhanced camera

Messed around with the In game ENB menu, Ticked yes for water and underwater in effects, they both got unticked again though so I really do wonder.

 

And lo and behold, beutiful waterfalls. Well not really, they look like ass and my water now give me weird black spots when I touch water. Oh well, another thread for another time I guess.
