Vittoria Vici hates me. Even at the start of a new game.

For some reason, Vittoria Vici is attacking me every time I enter Solitude. Even with a new character, starting a new game.

The troubling part is that the guards will then attack her, and knock her down.

I'm worried this will be a problem if I do the Dark Brotherhood quest line.

 

Does anyone know of a mod that might have an effect on Vittoria?
