Skyrim Water Mods - Ocean Water won't change

Hi iv been using Realistic Water 2 and RealLike ENB for awhile, and something always bothered me. The ocean, it didn't looked changed. After many uninstall and reinstall attempts, the water looks the same. I even tried W.A.T.E.R and the ocean is still the same. For some reason the ocean won't change but other water sources like lakes will.

This is what my water looks like with RealLike ENB + Realistic Water 2 2K version. When uninstalled, the water is the same. Installed W.A.T.E.R, the water is the same. Can someone help me figure out why the ocean water texture wont change?

I also use Nexus Mod Manager for installing and uninstalling mods, if that is important.
